SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer free shipping for all wall art purchases.

Orders placed through our Iris Store include a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Wall Art

The total delivery timeframe includes the full production process following your photo shoot — from processing your image (with or without effects) and sending your proof for approval, to printing, packaging, and shipping your finished piece. Please note that Bank Holidays may extend production times slightly.

Your unique Iris Wall Art will typically arrive within 15 working days under normal conditions, but during busy periods such as Christmas, delivery may take up to 30 working days.

Digital Files

Any purchased digital files will be sent to you via email within 72 hours after your photo shoot, not including weekends and bank holidays.

Iris Store

The total delivery timeframe includes the entire process — from receiving your order, designing and applying any chosen effects, to production, printing, packaging, and finally, shipping. Please note that bank holidays may extend production times.
