Returns
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy in place due to each product being customized and tailored specifically to you, as well as utilizing a unique laboratory manufacturing process. Also, any wall art draft creations are sent to you prior to being sent off for printing to confirm you are happy with the art and the wall art chosen.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend sending us photos of the damage or issue.
Refund of Appointment Fee
Postponement due to adverse weather/ equipment failure/ staff illnesses
- In the event that The Iris Photographer team needs to cancel the appointment due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or staff illnesses, a new appointment will be arranged at a mutually convenient time at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't feasible for you, we will refund your session fee. Please note that we are not liable for any additional personal expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation. We recommend checking your travel insurance for coverage in such instances.
Home visit appointment booked in post code outside of the designated zone
- If an appointment has been booked at an address outside of the 'Home Visit' booking guidelines (designated zone) then an 'in-studio' appointment will be offered in place. If this is not possible then a refund will be given.
Cancellation of appointment
- Cancellations must be requested at least 5 working days before your appointment in order to receive a full refund. Any requests made within 5 working days of your appointment will result in forfeiture of booking fees.
- In the event that we must cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (such as death, injury, sickness, etc.), our liability will be limited to providing a full refund of all monies paid. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as the coronavirus pandemic, severe weather, fire, etc.), we will postpone sessions and reschedule once our operations resume.
Once any refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
