1.         Eligibility:

•           The prize giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of the United Kingdom.

•           Participants must be present at the Henley Farm Show to enter the competition.

2.     Entry Requirements:    

•           Entry to the competition is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

•           Participants must fill out an entry form provided to them when visiting ‘The Iris Photographer’s’ stand at the Henley Farm Show.

•           Each participant is allowed only one entry.

3.         Ownership and Rights:

•           By entering the competition, participants grant ‘The Iris Photographer’ the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs of their irises, for promotional purposes related to the competition and The Iris Photographer's services, without any further compensation.

•           Participants also grant The Iris Photographer a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute the images for promotional and marketing purposes.

4.         Winner Selection:

•           The prize winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Henley Farm Show.

•           The draw will take place by end of day on Wednesday 17th September 2025.

•           The winners do not need to be present at the time of the draw and will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.

5.         Prizes:

First Prize

£150 credit towards your Iris Wall Art experience

Second Prize

£100 credit towards your Iris Wall Art experience

Third Prize

£50 credit towards your Iris Wall Art experience

•         The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6.         Claiming your Prize:

•           The winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.

•           Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7.         Photo Session:

•           The photo sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date, time, and be conducted at our Marlow Studio in Buckinghamshire.

•           The winners must cooperate with the photographer and adhere to any instructions provided during the photo session.

8.         Release of Liability:

•           By participating in the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Iris Photographer from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or in connection with their participation in the competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9.         Modification or Termination:

•           The Iris Photographer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

10.        Governing Law:

•           The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales England and Wales.

11.        Agreement to Terms:

•           Participation in the competition constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
